Frequently Asked Questions.
For now we only support Nigeria but we are working day and night to add support for some other countries like Ghana, Kenya, South Africa and Egypt within the next 3 months. You could always send us mail on hello@iflux.app if you really want us to add support for your country earlier.
Unfortunately no - the moment you make a payment or send money from your flux balance, that amount is removed from your balance and made available to the receiver. (Sorry about that). But if you really want your money back, you could simply have them send it back to you (You could use our request feature to send them a charge REQUEST for that amount back with a note).
Send them a charge request for that amount with a note stating that it was a mistake. But note they would be the one to issue out that payment not us. If they have refused to refund the payment, you could reach out to us and we’ll see what we can do.
On sign up your limit is N5,000. Once we have confirmed your identity your limit is N1,000,000.

Fortunately, almost instantly. On bad days it would only take a few minutes.

You fund your flux account with your card (Master/Visa card or any other valid bank card in Nigeria). There is a 1.4% charge on every amount you fund your flux wallet with through a card for now, but funding your flux wallet through bank transfer is completely free

Easy - Just download the app and follow the steps to Sign Up. When asked for your phone number you have to put in the one that the payment was made to (i.e the phone number that received the SMS notification of the payment). After a complete signup you would be prompted that you have an amount to redeem, then you would have to put in the 6 digit code that would be sent to that phone number to verify that you are the owner. Then (like magic) you have claimed the payment, it would reflect in your balance and transaction history.
