Flux is a mobile app that lets you send money, receive money, make and accept payments across Africa. Through Flux, users can pay for basic everyday needs, from local and international merchants. Users can also make payments on Flux without internet or in areas with very bad internet connection through our end-to-end encrypted SMS technology. Users can request money on Flux through creating a detailed budget list and sharing to friends, families and colleagues.
Why Flux?
Flux was founded in september 2019 by a team of highly passionate and technical Africans determined to create a better way to send, receive money, make payments and perform cross border transactions across African countries. Therefore Flux was created with the idea that paying family and friends or anyone should be simple, cheap, fast, delightful and secure without giving much thought to difference in currencies. Flux is not just a means to send money to friends but also a means to shop at several stores. But we’re just getting started, We also have ambitions to expand our services globally to cater for all types of users and businesses.
